I have successfully created a TV but now when I go back into it or try and create a new TV I get the following error
Code: 0 communication failure
undefined
What can I do to fix this?

That sounds odd, never hat hthat message yet. Is this a brand new installation? Maybe some files are missing. Did you upload via FTP or did you use an install script?

It was brand new at the start, uploaded via ftp. The website works fine but only come across as I started to give access to parts hence creating a tv for an image.
Uploading the MODX files individually by FTP often results in missing or corrupted files.
