getPage controls always visible

Hi,
I want to change the output behaviour of the outer pagination template. Currently, the 'go-to-first-page' and 'go-to-last-page' are not showed when you are on the first or on the last page, respectively.
What I want is to always display them, disabled if clicking on them doesn't make sense.
So far, I didn't find the solution.

And an additional question
I also want to show the [[!+page.nav]] wrapper only when the pagination loads, in other words, when the resources limit is exceeded (marked on the included screenshot). Currently it is always rendered.
Can I set it somewhere in the snippet properties or should I use some kind of condition when I call getPage?
The wrapper has styles and I don't dream of messing with the html structure.

Yes, it seems to be the thing, thank you. I need to try it though, but i think it'll work.
