    Hey guys,

    I'm having some trouble with publishing my pages. All my pages except for my home page are giving me an 404, page not available error. I'm not sure when the problem first occured, but it worked fine this morning. I don't think I made any drastic changes, aside from changing ht.access to .htaccess.

    I'm running ModX 2.4.2 pl on an Apache server. My hosting provider is hostnet. Help is much appreciated, and thanks in advance for anyone looking into this!

    Kind regards

      Is your installation in the web root, or in a subdirectory?

        I think it's in a subdirectory. I have to get through a few folders before I get to the www folder with my url name in it. That's what it means, right?

          No, it's where it is relative to your www directory. If it's in the www directory, then it's in the web root. If it's in www/something/ then it's in a web subdirectory.

            URLs refer to the web server's space, that can be in the www, htdocs, public_html, or any directory specified in the web server's configuration. That will be the web root.

            Paths refer to the server's file space. A completely different root.

              Welp, my bad. I'm in the root folder, then.

                Do you have this tag in the head section of all templates?

                <base href="[[++site_url]]" />

                If you have multiple front-end contexts it should be:

                <base href="[[!++site_url]]" />
