Pthumb with PDO Menu?

I am using PDO Menu for my nagivation.
This also pulls in a thumbnail of the page it's linking to.
I can pull in the TV Image - but if I add the pThumb code, it ignores it - is this due to being within PDOmenu?

here's my inner row chunk tpl:

<li [[+classes
[[+menutitle]]

[[+wrapper]]

I've got pthumb working elsewhere, just not in the menu - any ideas?

Thanks
Andy

What is the output of

[[+Image]]

? Is it outputting a image path?

It'a a while ago now, and I think I just used wayfinder instead, but I believe there was no output at all from [[+Image]]
