    Hi There,
I have a large number of resources which a new TV needs to be added to.
I wanted to use importX with the settings changed to 'update' so that I could update each resource from a spreadsheet.
The problem I have is that I need to EXPORT all the resources to a spreadsheet first, so that I have the ID and Alias of each resource, as these are required by importX.

I cannot find a way of exporting this data, in order to update it with a new column an then re-importing it.

    Any ideas?

    thanks!
    Andy

I managed to sort this out myself in the end - for anyone who has a similar issue, I simply exported the database as a csv file, edited the resources to show only the ones I needed, then added a new column with my new tv.
Change the settings of importX to 'update' and then import the csv file - worked a treat and saved me HOURS!!
