We have a client with a site that allows users to signup for a service using foxycart as a payment gateway.
Occasionally some of the users aren't able to log in, when we try to reset the password (via admin) and log in with a validated credential we receive the following error. (see attachment)
If anyone knows how to fix this error it would be appreciated.

For some reason, the 'webgroup' parameter is empty in the query. Where is that parameter coming from?
