Adding a new user

    Hi

    I am trying to add a new user and I have added their name and email and activated them, but when they go to log in the page just refreshes and nothing else happens.

    I have tried to reset the password a few times but it just does the same thing.

    Have I missed something?

      Make sure you have added them to the correct group in the Access Permissions tab.
