I have the cms installed, and I am able to create templates.

Where I am having a problem is, once I make the template, how do I create the webpage that will use the template?

How do I get the webpage to upload to the cms folder?

How do I determine what the web address (filename) is going to be for the new file?

I have looked over the documentation, and I’m still lost.

    Please help, thanks.

Once you have created a template go to the left of the manager interface where you’ll find the document tree. Click on the 3rd icon along at the top of this to create a new document (you don’t have to upload the file as such).

When you create a new document you can select the template you want to apply to the document from the drop-down menu in the ’Document setting’ section.

The address for the document is decided by where you put it in the document tree - and what you decide you want the alias to be.

There are more options for configuring documents in the ’Tools’ tab in the manager - select the configuration item and you can configure friendly URLs (e.g. example.com/path/to/doc rather than example.com/index.php?id=#), prefixes and suffixes for your documents.
