How to restrict one User Group's access to only a certain other User Group?

Hi, I have set up a managers group and took away their access_permission so they do not have access to other users. However, now I need to let them view and manage (or at least view) the users that will be registering through the front end. I can create a dedicated group for those users. But will I be able to let the managers access that group while forbidding access to all others? Is it possible? How?

There is no mechanism in core MODX for this kind of user management granularity. It could be done with a plugin, or more likely a CMP.
