I'd recommend some time studying this grid system http://960.gs/

Although looking it over, I'm not sure if it does go that far. So you may have to set up your own classname for such images, and in your css have something like
```
#content img.myclass { 
    max-width: 100%;
    width: 100%;
    height: auto;
}
```
