This is weird... I’ve got a site with friendly URLs set up, and I thought they were working, but I’m getting weird behavior for the situations where I’m liking to files within folders.

    /parent1.html
    /parent2/child.html

E.g. if the child.html page links to itself, the link shows up as www.mydomain.com/parent2/parent2/child.html, but only in Firefox 2 on the Mac... Safari 3 on the Mac the urls display correctly. I don’t know what Windows is doing, but I think there’s some goofiness there too.

I’m using the <base href="[(base_url)]"> in the head of each of my templates... in the past, that fixed these types of problems, but it appears that this has resurfaced. Anyone got any ideas?

    Thanks!

Weird. Using <base href="[(site_url)]" /> cleaned it up. Odd that using [(base_url)] had such different behavior in different browsers... not sure why that happened. I’m pretty sure the base_url option worked on another site I set up... The details are on the wiki:

        Also I believe <base href="[(base_url)]"> is not valid and <base href="[(site_url)]" /> is valid.
