File Manager is empty

After transfering site to another hosting file browser doesn't show any files or folders. When I edit resourse and try to add a picture, i can navigate trought folders, but get the error message: No files match the specified filter. I updated MODX to latest version, turned off compressing js and css, cleared cache, tried to make new policies, roles, users and so on, but cannot solve the problem. Please help!

It sounds like either file/folder permissions are not correct, or the assets_path in the config.inc.php file is not correct.
