Answered Image+ TV pre-set ratio and minimal width and/or height

      There was a bug in Revolution 2.4.0, showing that behavior. It was solved with 2.4.2 if I remember right.

      Is the imageplus plugin active? Which imageplus version do you use?

        Version :
        MODX Revolution 2.4.2-pl (advanced)
        imageplus-2.3.4-pl

        And the second test :
        imageplus-2.3.4-pl
        MODX Revolution 2.3.3-pl (traditional)

        Yes the extra is installed. I have try to uninstall and install it again.
        Same result and no errors found in the log.

          That was a language specific issue (the french language uses apostrophe signs - it should have been a long lasting issue from the previous maintainer). The issue is solved with Image+ 2.4.0. [ed. note: Jako last edited this post 10 years, 9 months ago.]

            Sorry I'M STUPID !!!
            I didn't see i was not on the latest version.
            Why ? Because when i go to the Extra Manager i found and upload this version and install it thinking it was the latest.

            The Extra Manager suggest to me to update but only from now.
            After done the update to 2.4.0 it works like a charm.

            Thanks Jako for helping and for making this nice extra.

              You have used the latest version. I have released Image+ 2.4.0 after I have noticed, why the bug occured on your installation. Thanks for your patience.
