I don't think so. All resources will still go to the site_content table unless you extend the modResource object and override all its database-related methods and create new processors for all of them (which I wouldn't advise doing).
You can, however, identify which context a resource belongs to by using its 'context_key' field. That would allow you to easily query for resources in a particular context.
