    Hi,

Just curious about this, it has happened to my site on a very irregular basis. But on occasion a single page would lose all non live text content, no css, no images, no template,,, just white page background and text?.
i have found that if i select the affected page, press edit & save(without doing anything) it fixes this problem... but then a month later the same thing happens to another page..
I know this wont make this an issue but its a bit annoying and was wondering if anyone ever encountered it before?, maybe if i knew what it was it wouldnt be as irritating..

    thank very much

The css and any css-related background images are uploaded separately from the main HTML page. It can happen on an overloaded server that these upload requests will time-out. Then your browser cache will continue feeding you the page from its own cache instead of going to get everything again.

The css has nothing to do with MODx; it’s linked to in the HTML head just like any static HTML page.
