BABEL + Gallery , three different languages

Dear All!

I am working on catalog website with three languages.
Each catalog item is resourse in the manager tree.

If I use Babel shall I attach GalleryTV to each resource in each context or may be there is soultion to have one Gallery and point to it from different resources?
