:ellipsis=`` and Chinese characters

I have to say, I think Sottwell has nailed this on the head. There are no breaks, even when punctuation makes it look like there is. I hadn't realised that was how ellipsis worked. 'Limit' with some extra dots works a treat. Thanks.
