Do the images have captions already? You could have a feature of the CMP to automatically insert the captions into the fields for each image, if they were in a text file with some way of associating them with the images.

Anyway, you'll soon discover that adding captions to existing images is a lot faster and easier than uploading each image then adding its caption. Tedious, but if you make the caption field of the MIGX grid editable, not bad at all.
OK thanks - Yes they all have captions, as they are in an existing web site already - but not in a CMS - they are all flat files.
Is it possible to pull in meta data form the images maybe?
it would be possible to pull the meta data from images, while importing them, of course.
Ok great - so I assume I could use that as the heading and description possibly?
