    Hi there,

My resource tree, the list of elements (templates , chunks, TVs, snippets ect) and the file tree have disappeared.
Along side that the manager menus all work (i.e. the browser redirects to manager/?a=xx) but nothing is displayed.

I have checked the CHMOD and I have 775 on folders and 644 on files.
I have also installed in a new folder and new database a totally fresh copy of MODx,
this also has no resource tree, file tree or any elements showing.
I also have 0 value for compress css and js files in the settings database table.

Therefore rather than look for what is wrong, which I am finding very difficult I thought I'd ask what I need to make sure / check
is enabled as the server admin team may have accidentally disabled something MODx relies upon when they recently hardened the servers.

Please can somebody tell me exactly what server side requirements MODx has in order to be able to display the resource tree ?

If it helps I've also included the errors Firebug shows after I log into the manager... (see screenshot image)

Thanks to anyone in advance for both reading this and considering a possible answer.

    regards

    Steve

Especially the Tree uses a lot of AJAX requests all in a very short period of time. Sometimes security settings will block requests if there are too many in a given period of time (usually expressed in milliseconds or seconds). It sounds like this may be your problem.
