Is there any backend-gallery for modx - like for example in wordpress? With alt-tags, filename, fix id, etc.? Otherwise, what is the best way to get an alt-tag and img-title, to every image I use on my website?
I thought all the existing galleries provide you with data that you can then manipulate in the frontend?

I built up the basic gallery by your last link. But that's not that comfortable as it is in wordpress. I need to open all tabs, to fill in the data. I only have the small table under "template variables" of the resource instead of seeing a gallery as a full window/full resource. I don't like wordpress very much, but the gallery management is much better AND native.
Why does modx not have a native/core gallery management? Does modx get it in future versions? There are so many nice examples for modern usage of galleries.

Maybe you should try the Gallery extra. Or ModMore's MoreGallery. I've never had any trouble getting a MIGX gallery set up to be easy for the client and output whatever is wanted.
Try one of the sample-site theme packages that comes with a gallery feature, such as
http://modx.com/extras/package/industrixtheme.
I think the question really has to do with a media manager, not a "gallery" per se. How would somebody insert a single image into a page if that image is in the Gallery plugin? Wordpress's media manager is indeed much more full-featured, allowing default alt tags, showing you every page a given image has been placed into, creates multiple copies of images at different sizes, etc. Personally, I use the Plugobrowser tinyMCE plugin to place images, since it will auto-populate the alt tags (which I can change before inserting), will easily create Zoom images (small image on page, click to open in Fancybox), and will create a scaled version to preset or custom sizes on the fly. For high-traffic sites, I have a script that converts the Plugobrowser php-based cache link to static images to reduce server load.
