Hi folks,
Please can you advise what I should do to fix my CMS manager.
Server team recently upgraded server to add strict security policy (Apple App Transport Security)
After the updates had been applied the server team restarted the server to complete the process.
I was first delighted they'd fixed my "Apple / ios9" issues, then horrified to discover that my CMS had broken.
After login the CMS manager just displays the manager page in a narrow box and the file / resource tree is gone.

None of the menu links work either.
I tried uploading and re-running the setup files.
I manually cleared cache by deleting cache folder.
I deleted the manager folder and reloaded that too from the original zip.
I also went into db and settings table and made sure that compress css js was 0
I checked that the "correct folders" were all CHMOD 775 and they were
I turned on php error reporting and can see no errors being thrown, so I am baffled.
Please help me by suggesting which rock I should look under to fix this issue,
as I tired all the things I could find in the forum and none of them worked :-(

You can try clearing your browser cache *and cookies*. Sometimes a leftover cookie can cause weird stuff in the Manager.
You can ask the host whether they upgraded PHP in the process (and to what version), and whether they upgraded the mod_security rule set. A number of people have had mod_security issues lately due to new rules.
If everything else fails, you may have to consider moving the site to a
MODX-friendly host.
