    Hello

I have created a user with backend access, with appropriate access policies, roles, etc.

Now, what I want to do is allow them to manage users, but not the admin user - is this possible?

In the policy I have access_permissions unticked, but have all the user bits ticked (e.g. edit_user) - but they can still remove the admin user from the main admin group. That's the main bit I don't want to be able to do. Are these permissions cancelling each other out?

    Thanks!

    Tim

Unfortunately there is no way to limit what users a Manager user can work with. It's an all-or-nothing permission.

        ok, thanks sottwell!

But what about the access_permissions permission - with this unticked should it allow you to change/remove user groups from users?
