    Hi all,

    got following resource-tree:

    home (template: start)
    - teaser (template: tpl_teaser)
    - portfolio (template: empty)
    - - project-A (template: portfolio)
    - - project-B (template: portfolio)
    - - project-C (template: portfolio)
    - about (template: tpl_about)
    - contact (template: tpl_contact)

Now i use getresource to build the "home" site by the child-elements (teaser, portfolio, about, contact). Each resource builts up one section for "home" - as it would be a onepager. Also i use getresource to add the three projects to the section "portfolio" on "home". With one template-chunk it outputs some tvs of the three projects - like feature-items in three columns.

But now i want the project-sites also to be single-sites. If i view the site "project-A" i want to see the detail-page for project-A with a different template than "home". But all i see is "home" - the same page as i would click on "home".

    So the urls are:
    home = base-url/modx/index
    project-A = base-url/modx/index/portfolio/project-A/

But both sites just outputs the "home" site!

Any help? smiley Or do i need to restructure the page? [ed. note: dsquare last edited this post 10 years, 10 months ago.]

how do you link in the tpl-chunks to the project-resources?
whats the code of the tpl-chunk for the projects?

Are you sure they are published?

Hmm.. i tried to rename the alias of the home-resource from index to start - and now it works. Every child-resource is also a single-page now. So it seems that modx or server in general cannot read urls which includes "index" in the path.
