Accidentally deleted cache, my fault

Hello everyone.
I’ve accidentally deleted the cache file, sitePublishing.idx.php. I reuploaded it from the MODx distributive (and chmodded to 777), but now my site displays the white page, and I can’t load the manager either.
How do I solve the problem?

The easiest way will be to upload the install directory again and run the upgrade install to restore your cache.

you could just remove the cache files and then login to the manager and use the "clear cache" option on the "site" tab. At least... I remember that I did it that way a while ago

I don’t think clearing the cache will recreate missing *.idx.php files though.

Unfortunately, if the siteCache.idx.php file gets deleted or restored as empty, your site probably will not load so you can clear (and rebuild) the cache.
