I have created some multilanguage application with babel, only problem I have is when user tries to link some file (etc. PDF) in Tinymce, it get like PDF/document.pdf. But when you are on different language like DE, url is shown like this www.example.com/de/ then user click on that link
url goes like this www.example.com/de/PDF/document.pdf that folder does not exist on server??
How this can be fixed?

This is a problem with relative / absolute url.
Why it is switching on you is a different cup of soup.
We'll better help you if we knew what MODx Extra you are using to access TinyMCE.
