Hi all, i have my website running in the public folder on my shared host. I would like to implement SSL and need to move the site to the "private" folder. Any tips for me to manage this?

First you have to clarify with your hosting provider if it's really neccessary to move the files to another directory. For example my hosting provider allows to enable HTTPS without moving anything on the filesystem. If you have to move the files you have to change the paths in /config.inc.php and core/config/config.inc.php after you enabled HTTPS for your domain. Last but not least you need to change the system setting server_protocol from http to https after you enabled HTTPS.
