IS there a list of MODX Revo shortcuts?
And/or a shortcut to "Clear cache" ?

I don't know about any others, nor do I know of any list. Well, except for cmd-S (mac) for save.
I have a list of all I know here, scroll down:

manager/assets/modext/core/modx.layout.js has some of the code.
» Here is how to customize or disable the save command using a MODX system setting:

Ah! I use a swedish keyboard at home!
Originally, US PC keyboards (specifically, the US 101-key PC/AT keyboards) did not have an AltGr key because that was relevant to only non-US markets; they simply had "left" and "right" Alt keys.
