We are having an intermittent problem with our simlinks changing. I will key in the number for the other resource and all is fine. Then the number will change and point to a different resource. The simlink and pointed to resource have not been edited or moved, but simlink suddenly points to another resource.
We are using 2.3.5-pl (advanced) on a linux server and MySql 5.5.44-0ubuntu0.14.04.1.
This is very strange, as I have not seen it on any other sites using Modx. The simlink issue is only occuring within one section of the web site's structure, all the resources are children of one resource with an intermediate parent resource.
Any Suggestions or Ideas what is causing the issue? And solutions would be greatly appreciated!

I was hoping someone else had seen this issue. I have not seen it ever before, I think it most likely is not Modx but need to find a solution to the issue.

I'm afraid I can't think of any way that could happen (short of someone editing them). I'm not doubting you, I just can't imagine how it's happening.
You might try repairing your tables in PhpMyAdmin. Updating MODX to 2.4.2 (or at least 2.3.6) is something else to try.
