    'Peoples’-package problem

By adding the other fields to ppluser.chunk.tpl in /core/components-etc. we managed to show a frontend Users list with more information per (web) user.

We donot keep address-data of our members here so have dedicated the 'State'-field to collect the Surnames only in order to sort the list alphabetically with that as sort-key.

However the &sortBy- (and &sortByAlias-) keys do not work.

Altering the ‘Peoples-‘ (People.people-) snippet didn't help either.

Can somebody help us with this?
We just want a frontend User-list sorted alphabetically on surname only.
    Many thanks in advance,
    lmv

        Thanks Susan,

Not only did pdoTools solve this problem, by now it has solved several others as well!

        Thanks again,

<sigh..., what would we do without you...>
