    I have a client that has a big company with much activities, they like to spread all the information over multiple domain’s.

    As example this company has a hotel, cafe, restaurant and theater. They have the following domains:

    • companyname.ext - main site
    • companynamehotel.ext - hotel site
    • companynamecafe.ext - cafe site
    • companyrestaurant.ext - restaurant site
    • companytheater.ext - theater site

    Each site should have the same menu, so that you have this folder layout:

    • Home
    • Hotel
    • Cafe
    • Restaurant
    • Theater

    So each folder needs to be linked to the right domain, is this possible? Or is there the another solution like redirecting the domains to the right page on the "main" domain?

      I think you could use a weblink for this purpose.

      In the Manager, use the New weblink button (next to the New page button).

        I could use that but I want to use 1 modx installation for all sites, because I don’t want my client to need to login on each site again.

        Maybe it is possible to send a domain to a specific document like this:

        companynamehotel.ext -> companyname.ext/hotel.html

          You can set this up in apache. I use this often to direct local (.com.br) tlds to the main site (.com/br). However, I do this through cPanel so I don’t know how to set it up manually.
