Plain text manager on a godaddy server installation

Hello everyone ... I hope someone can help me please.
have a little problem with the installation on a server GoDaddy, show plain text in the manager, do not show the content of style sheets, or js files, I tried to change the values in the table of system configuration, but still it does not work you do not show resources

MODX and GoDaddy do not work well together. If it's at all possible, move to a more MODX-friendly hosting company. SkyToaster is my preference.
