Answered Formz automated email content

    Hi

    I have a selection of offers which require the user subscribes via a form.
    So each offer is a resource and I want the content of that resource sent in an email in the form of a voucher. Is there a way of bringing this content in with placeholders?

    Any ideas/suggestions?

      If subscribing is free, you might be able to do it with Subscribe and Notify. You can create a custom Tpl chunk for Notify to use to send email to a User Group (or groups). It can contain resource field tags, but I'm not sure if you can use a TV tag in the Tpl chunk or not.

      EmailResource might do it, but it's fairly old and clunky. It sends the whole resource to the user in an email. I'm pretty sure it would process any TV tags.
