    Hi,

I need the following: When I create a new document, I want it to be published immediately. Now, in order to do that, I have to go to "Page Settings", click on "Published".
Is there any setting/way to have this come clicked by default? I searched the documents and the forum, but no help?

You can set the default state of the cacheable, published, and searchable values in the manage under Site Settings.

Many years ago I got into the habit of taking a little time whenever installing a new piece of software to go through the menus, and especially any configuration settings, to see what there was.

Thanks dev_cw. I did check it there before, but somehow missed it.
