Hi, i have a question. can i do the manager system with a few users?
    ie i need this.
    This roles
    Administrator (Edit, Add, Delete, Publish)

    Publisher (Add, Edit, Delete, Publish)

Editor (Edit, comments). The Editor can ONLY "Edit" existing page content created by the Publisher. The Editor can also ADD COMMENTS, that have NO effect on page content.

Reviewer (comments only). The Reviewers can also ADD COMMENTS, that have NO effect on page content.

By adding COMMENTS, Editors and Reviewers can provide feedback to the Publisher about a specific page before it is published.
THe comment DOES NOT affect the content at all, therefore will NEVER be seen by anyone other than the publisher.
So for instance, and Editor might add a comment a that reads "please add an image to this page."
The publisher will read the comment (at the bottom of the page in RED) and decide whether or not they want to add an image.
So, when the PUBLISHER publishes a specific page, the comments go away and are never displayed on the LIVE page.
OR, we can keep the comments for future reference.

That is possible? if the answer is yes can tell me how. Thanks I need the all roles has access to the manager or another idea?

The roles are easy enough, the user management is under Security. You can create roles and then assign manager users to those roles, limiting what they can do.

However, there is no feature to add comments to a document.

There are event traps for inserting plugins to modify the processing, but the permissions are checked and any attempts at submission would be rejected before any appropriate events are set. Maybe a plugin to add an AJAX form when the document editing form is displayed would do the trick, saving the comment, the document ID, the user’s ID and the date to a custom table without activating the main form submission.
