    Hi There,

I have just installed Blogit - which is great, but I'm not finding a great deal of documentation.

A few things I need to do:
    1. Add an archives list (to show months for posts)
    2. Add commenting
    3. Restrict the summary to XX characters...
    [[$blogit.get_posts]]
I tried adding :ellipses=`50` to the above but this doesn't work.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks
    Andy

BlogIt uses other standard MODX tools, so you can add other MODX tools to it for those additional features. The aptly named Archives package for your archives, and Quip, Tickets or Disqus for commenting. To restrict the summary to 50 characters, you probably need to go into the blog.get_posts chunk and look at how it gets the posts there. I'm guessing it'll be a getResources snippet call with a &tpl pointing to another chunk, and inside that chunk you would add :ellipsis=`50`. Also note that it's ellipsis, not ellipses.
