I'm not sure what I did to cause this. I deleted a template but that should affect Gallery. Anyway one minute it's showing images (along with their names and file sizes) and the next the thumbnails are broken, the filesizes are 0, and the names of the files have reverted to the names in the gallery/files directory.
The gallery/files directory luckily still has all the files in it, so I made a backup of it. Not sure what to do next, though.
