Create (contextual) help under the manager on modal mode !

Hello,

I would like to create an help to customer inline the manager, like a modal help, I try this :
```
MODx.config.help_url = 'http://domain.com/inline-help.html';
MODx.loadHelpPane();
```
under the Action menu item Handler as :

It work when I'm on the Home manager, not in the edit resource page !
Is there any other ways to create a modal help like this (modal, overlay on the current page, not reloaded)
