I have setup a development version of my website, using the 'stage-' prefix to my site URL, so I can develop various aspects without affecting the current running of my site.
While setting up the development platform, I also upgraded to the latest version of Evo, 1.0.15, from version 1.0.5.
However, I have now realised there is some sort of file path issue. a number of scripts are not working properly on the development site, even though the coding is exactly the same.
I think that either there is a problem with the file paths, that I need to specify the 'stage-' prefix somewhere I have not currently, so that it connects all files to the right file paths.
Alternatively, I'm wondering if there there is a compatibility issue when updating to version 1.0.15, perhaps the way that this version access files is different to version 1.0.5.
Could someone give me some advise on upgrading to the latest version of Evo, and how to make sure everything is linked up correctly.
Also, could someone give me some help on the process on migrating a website using evo to a new URL, which is in effect what I am doing with the development platform.

1) do you have base_url in your template code?
2) have you tried to reset site and filemanager path in modx configuration page?

I don't have the base_url specified in the page template, is this needed? It wasn't required on the live site.
I have tried changing the site and filemanager paths from the standard '[(base_path)]' to the specific URL for the site but hasn't made any difference.
Some scripts seem to work fine when called, others do not. It is rather strange.
