Site all over the place in IE

Hi, wonder if anyone can advise. I have developed a site in MODX (cloud) on my Mac. I had tested it on Firefox, Chrome and Safari, but admit to forgetting about IE. A friend has told me that every page beyond the homepage on my site is all over the place and the navigation is missing - http://www.canterburytrails.uk

Would be grateful for any help?!

Have managed to solve this myself - the pages that were all over the place had comments before the [[$header]] chunk I have removed this and all seems fine. Phew!

I wonder if those comments were IE conditional comments aimed at earlier versions of IE.
