    Hi,

    I am testing 2.4. locally on a client site with some CMP and I'm experiencing some issues with the back-end:

    1. The MODX logo (top left) does not show the version as a tool tip (just: Dashboard)
    2. The search bar next the logo has disappeared
    3. Access to the System Settings is not working in Firefox (after manually clearing cache and CTRL+f5

    I'm running this local version on Windows 7, XAMPP 5.6.8 (Apache 2.4.4, MySQL 5.5.32, PHP 5.6.8) using Port 2000 and I am upgrading from MODX 2.3.3.

    There is one error message during the upgrade process:

    Fehler beim Update der Tabelle für die Klasse modManagerLog
    Array
    (
    [0] => 00000
    [1] =>
    [2] =>
    )

    Apart from the above, everything else seems to work fine. Front-end works flawless. Any ideas where this issue could come from.

    Thank you.

    A.

      Missing or corrupted file? Browser cache?

      You might try this: http://modx.com/extras/package/upgrademodx. I just upgraded a bunch of sites with it and every one went flawlessly, with no problems in the Manager -- unlike many manual installs over the years, which almost always caused temporary trouble in the Manager.
