I use getPage with getResources and try to get through numeration for the resources using idx=[[+firstItem]]
On page 1 - number of documents 1-20
On page 2 - number of documents 21-40 .....

&element=`getResources`
&tvPrefix=``
&limit=`20`

&idx=[[+firstItem]]
.
.
]]
On each page of the result I have the numeration of resources from 0 till 19.
Why idx=[[+firstItem]] doesn't work?
Have you got the back-ticks around [[+firstItem]]?
And wheres that placeholder coming from? Does it output a value?
