How to: Speed up getResources

Current snippet call:

<ul class="small-block-grid-1 medium-block-grid-3 large-block-grid-4 small-only-text-center filter-grid js-filter-grid">
	[[!getResources?
      
      &parents=`1023,69,48,49,50,51,52,53,55,69` 
	  &tpl=`tpl_knowledge_base_module`
	  &includeTVs=`1` 
	  &processTVs=`1`
	  &tvPrefix=``
	  &showHidden=`1`
	  &limit=`0`
	  &sortby=`parent`
	  &sortdir=`DESC`
    ]]
</ul>

It's pulling, as you can see, from many parents. Some of which have 100s of child resources. Is there a better way or a way to speed this page load?
