How to list documents with a certain tag?

Actually I googled a lot but couldn't find a solution

1. On my website I want that editors can tag the documents. E.g. There is a text about cats and humans. I want this to be tagged with "cats","humans" I found that auto-tag tv can do this but not sure if it actually does what I want.
2. Now at the end of the document I want to list all document that are related to this document. E.g. all articles that are tagged "cats" and "humans". So that people who are interested in the topic can read everything related. (Like a wayfinder list)

If you have any suggestions I am very happy to hear about it. If there is no option for this I will probably write a plugin myself.
