Slideshow Manager 2 albums won't show at same time

Hello, I have 2 albums in Slideshow Manager.
In MODX > Dashboard > Resources > Home > Content > I added code:

<div id="slider-wrapper">
 [[!jgSlideShow?
   &album_id=`3`
 ]]
</div>
<div id="slider-wrapper">
 [[!jgSlideShow?
   &album_id=`2`
 ]]
</div>
</html>

The website shows the 1st album (album 3), but only shows the 2nd album below, loading?

not sure, if that's your issue, but you should never have multiple elements with the same id (id="slider-wrapper")

Ah, yes, thank you.
However, I do have this code on the real website. (the 1st post was the test website).

I'm trying to remove the old Slideshow Manager (slide_holder) and use the new Slideshow Manager I installed (slider-wrapper).

When I uncomment <div id="slide_holder'> the old slide show shows.
However when commented, no slide show shows, but the <div id="slider-wrapper"> should show?

Please note, I see the old Slideshow Manger in
MODX > Dashboard > Elements > Snippets > SlideshowManager (2) > jgSlideShow (22) and updateSlideShow (23)
and the newly installed Slideshow Manager in
MODX > Dashboard > Elements > Chunks > SlideshowManager (5) > nivo_headTpl (27), nivo_htmlCaptionTpl (28), nivo_slideHolderTpl (29), nivo_slideLinkTpl (30) and nivo_slidePaneTpl (31). [ed. note: eiger3970 last edited this post 11 years, 1 month ago.]

I just submitted professional MODX support:
I installed Slideshow Manager into a website which already has an older version Slideshow Manager.
I entered the code into the Chunk, to allow the newly installed Slideshow Manager to appear, however only the old Slideshow Manager shows.
There have different element ids.
The old Slideshow Manager is dependent on php, so if I comment out the php running the Slideshow Manager, then the whole webpage shows a whitepage.

No reply yet from MODX professional support to help make the Slideshow Manager work?
Does this usually take over 48 hours?
