I have this exact same error however is is only when I attempt to go to the manager.

    My site is www.jcspeakeasy.com

    Here are the error messages:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php:1) in /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/index.php on line 148

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php:1) in /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php on line 59

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php:1) in /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php on line 73

I get the above but it still shows the manager logon.

Then after I logon I see this:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php:1) in /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/index.php on line 148

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php:1) in /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php on line 59

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php:1) in /home/content/d/e/v/devilock76/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php on line 73

I get the above as a pop up win error message and as the new view when I refresh on the /manager

I saw one other ticket like this but it was for site wide. Nothing on there seemed to apply though. I tried php_globals both ways and through phpMySQL I can see that the logging is off. Not sure what to do. Any advice?

I fixed this. I neglected to mention it was a site I moved from Hostmonster to GOdaddy. On a whim I tried the following and it worked:

Reloaded the install directory on to the server via FTP.

      Ran an upgrade install.

      Everything is perfect now.

      Thanks

Why the move from Hostmonster to Godaddy?

Sorry since the original post my wife went into labor with boy number 3. Just seeing this question now. In short censorship. Hostmonster won’t allow profanity on their servers. It is in their TOS and they tried to shut all my sites down over one site that users posted foul language. Being I am ok to allowing adults to speak as adults and they are not (and apparently Mormon) I opted for a move. Godaddy was an option that I could pay for just one month that would allow more mature content (read: not porn, but not Disney) while I shopped for a more permanent solution. I am moving this one site for now and then I got another 5+ to migrate.

How good at system administration are you? I have a lovely Solaris VPS for $15 a month. It’s pretty much just raw ssh/sftp access, although they do have WebMin installed, and Virtualmin for creating virtual hosts. They provide mail service on their own LDAP servers, so I don’t need to deal with mail issues. DNS is not included; I use http://www.everydns.net/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">EveryDNS. I’ve got my five domains hosted there and I’m having a ball playing with it.

Reasonably good. I have been thinking of going the Virtual route instead of shared hosting. The thing is I really don’t advertise a lot for web business. I get a contract here and there through word of mouth and the cheap rates I charge for simple sites among this friend network is enough that I can have my hosting for free to do whatever personal or start up ventures I want. I would need enough business to offset the cost of a VPS to go that route. Not really a big deal and quite frankly I am almost there. I am really close to needing it as far as resources go. I am also getting more into python development so that is another check mark on the pro column for going VPS. I have about 22 days to make a decision or renew GoDaddy for another month. My Hostmonster account is kaput come December of this year unless I renew so I intend to have a "final" solution by that time. Thanks for the tip and I will research it.
