    Hi there,

Any idea why when I'm in manager and I click view an unpublished resource it doesn't load? It shows the homepage which is our default 404?

    Thanks,

First, create a dedicated Not Found page, and set it as the error_page in the System Configuration. It saves a lot of confusion.

Does your user have the correct permission to view unpublished pages? You need to see what Policy your user group is assigned, then check that policy to make sure view_unpublished is there and checked.

        Thanks Scottwell!

What's weird is when I log in (using their modx login) I can see the page when I click view, but my client can't? They've tried this in different browsers.

What do you think could be causing this?

I've checked the permissions, and view unpublished is selected.

That is definitely odd. No ideas here.

I'm thinking it *could* be an issue with the language cookie. We have multiple context's setup for different languages, and I'm wondering if they have a different language cookie set and are trying to view a resource in a different language, triggering a conflict. Well, that's the only way I've been able to reproduce their issue....

Ah. Contexts. Then it could be any number of reasons why it's not loading the correct context. When loading from the "mgr" context it can definitely get awkward juggling various other contexts.
