Hello,
I chose MODx for a school website and I’m actually having some trouble with "roles".
I created an user "redactor" in the "redator" group with the "redactor" role (all boxes cheched).
When I log in as a redactor I can’t submit new articles : I mean that I can create a new document and write something but I can’t save it !
"Not authorized to create or move a document here" (works logged as administrator only)
What did I miss, can someone please help ?

There is an option in the main site Configuration to allow non-Administrator users to create new documents in the top-level (root).
Might it not be better to reconsider your site’s document organization, and have articles in their own folder?
