How can I grab the current URL of a page automatically?

Basically, I need to grab the current page’s URL to make a "Full View" link (ala CuteNews), per request of the client I’m working with.

I swore there was a way to do this easily, but I can’t remember if it was a tag or something...

if it’s in the parsed content try with:
[(site_url)][~[*id*]~]

I had to edit it a bit for using FURL’s, but that got me on the right track. Thanks.
