RecaptchaV2 - allow_url_fopen

This is a warning to those using the RecaptchaV2 Extra to add Recaptcha Version 2 to FormIt. The underlying class uses the 'file_get_contents' PHP function to retrieve the Recaptcha results from the Google server. You MUST have php.ini 'allow_url_fopen' set to 'On' or '1' for this feature to work.

This took me a good hour and a half to back-trace. It would probably be better if the class were updated to use CURL instead to avoid this particularly unpleasant situation (since there are no errors involved, it just fails silently). About 2 months ago (a month after you posted this) the [Google Recaptcha](https://github.com/google/recaptcha) library was updated to use cURL, so I'll be getting that into the next version of RecaptchaV2.

RecaptchaV2 for MODX has been updated to include the latest Google Recaptcha class version 1.1.2, which uses cURL rather than file_get_contents(), and supports a variety of request methods.
