Now that I have your attention, would you kindly visit https://cannacle.com/dashboard/new-grow then look in your inspector or firebug. Do you see "ReferenceError: $ is not defined"?

I'm only loading a single instance of jQuery and no other libraries, I've removed them. But it seems that, for me, at my node on the interweb, either the jQuery file isn't being loaded/read or it has errors or I'm losing my beans.

I'm running FF Developer Edition 41.0a2

If I'm losing my beans, feel free to let me know.

      UPDATE:
The browser will load and run CDN files but not local javascript files. Permissions are set to 644 on the javascript files.

Could it be permissions? In chrome inspector I can see the files and they are apparently being downloaded.

Could this be a hosting issue?

Banging my head against the wall didn't help either. I tried that. smiley

I like beans, but only on Wednesdays.

        I see
Uncaught TypeError: $(...).textcounter is not a function

        jQuery is fine

AH ha! I have updated the code to use a CDN. But, I see you are also getting the same error as I am.

I have quadruple checked the location of the javascript file that is creating the textcounter function. It's there.

          https://cannacle.com/assets/js/textcounter.min.js

However, it will not run in the browser, in any browser. I've tested it on every device in the house. It used to run fine and I haven't changed it at all. Perplexing.

What in the name of Thursday's beans could be causing this atrocity?!

          I'm also getting

TypeError: $(...).datepicker is not a function

Which is a function in the file here

          https://cannacle.com/assets/css/jquery/jquery-ui.min.css

Which is also available and not being run by any browser I have here on any device. Haven't done a thing to the file. Downloaded it from the jqueryui.com website and uploaded it straight-away.

I'm in a major quandary. I'm losing my beans!

Try troubleshooting, might be incompatibility issues.

Load a few of those JS files ..see what happens
            Process of elimination

                You are a lifesaver, Susan!

That's exactly what was wrong. Too long staring at code, not enough time using the tools available.
